A lot of people, in particular the ones who seem to have unfriended me on Facebook, seem to be under the misbelief that I do not like Donald Trump because of his politics. I have to admit that that is partially true, but only a small part. I did not like the politics of Bush the Second, Bush the First, Ray Gun Ronnie, Ford, or Nixon. All of them have been Conservative/Republican Presidents during my lifetime when I was old enough to remember them (I omit only Eisenhower because frankly, I was too young to remember him but I assume I would had objected to his more conservative views as well). This is because my beliefs generally fall on the more liberal agenda. In truth, I do not call myself a liberal but instead a humanist. By that, I mean that I measure things by how they affect humans and humanity. Admittedly, in the modern world that does cause me to fall on the liberal side of issues in the main but that does not make me a liberal.
But looking back on all of the other Conservative Presidents that only other President that I really, really disliked personally was Bush II and that was because he was an ineffectual idiot who was most all too willing to let his ideology drive his agenda than the reality of events. That, and the fact that he was totally unqualified, created and environment of ineffective government that created a climate of world discord. However, I digress. I did not despise him personally. I reserve this for Donald Trump.
In case you are wondering. I really does not matter that much about his political point of view or political agenda per se. Only in so much as it points to his sanity. Donald Trump is ignorant, stupid, mean, and, in all likelihood, certifiably insane. Do not tell me he is a great businessperson as no great businessperson will lose nearly a billion dollars in one year and when was the last time you heard of someone running a casino into bankruptcy. Give me a break. His political agenda is that of a Nazi. Fortunately, our political system has so far had enough checks and balances in place to keep him from implementing his agenda in total but do not take his agenda lightly. All you have to do is to listen to him and you know he has delusional megalomania.
The real concern I have is that the Republican Politicians are letting him run amok for the benefits that they, as a party, can gain knowing full well that he is insane. The other concern is that there are so many people who support his agenda. Quite frankly, they are either delusional, insanity, or hatred that I was not prepared to envision in such high numbers before now. I am aware that there is some of them who voted for the POS because they would for anyone on the Republican ticket but enough is enough.
