I do not seem to gravitate towards shows with car crashes and action if that is all it has. Do not get me wrong, I like that stuff. I like all of the special effects that you can invent and throw at me. I will eat it up all day long.
But I will not ever seem to revisit the show if I do not like the characters. No matter how much action there is, if the characters is unbelievable or uninteresting, I switch channels.
I guess that this is the reason so many of my programs get canceled. Character studies do not sell as much as action.
