Three Administrations

It occurred to me that the last three Republican Administrations have required increasingly higher and higher public bailouts.

I know that one could argue, with some validity, that this bailout is not the fault of the Republican Administration.

I agree that not all of it is, but I stand by my belief that a whole hell of a lot of it is. The a**hole in the White House was not paying attention and dismissing the problem. He was too damned busy tweeting about how the opposition was saying bad things about him and trying to position himself for a re-election bid. He did not give a rat’s rear-end about what was going around the world until it hit us between the eyes and it was too late to prepare and all we could do is react.

And then he has done nothing but blame others, call himself a “war president” (as if that gives him some special cache), tweet about how good he is doing and how good his press conference ratings are, and try to overrule the recommendations of scientist.

So, I put part of this bailout on the Republican Administration’s back as well. And keep in mind, the Republican politicians and his core followers are still behind him.
