I have been remiss.
I think that Roseanne should not have been blackballed from her show. I think that her ostracization was totally inappropriate.
What she said was completely uncalled for and stupid. I think that calling it racist is probably a reach. If it weren’t for the specific representations that have so many negative connotations it would have been no big deal.
But let’s face it. If Roseanne had not been a Trump supporter it would have blown over in a heartbeat.
To clarify my opinion of Roseanne: I watched her show the first time around, but quit after a while because I found her tiring, both on and off the screen. Since then, I find her even more tiring. Here public support of Little Boots automatically means that I will not support her by watching her show. That is a choice I make. But they should not have banned her for that damned-ass tweet. This is America. Their treatment of her was more in line with what Little Boots would do. Shame.
