I am on perpetual hold that I have to be on. I get the “your call is important to us” and “we have busy times”. All of this is BS of course. The truth of the matter is that most entities populate their help lines at the lowest possible levels that they can. If they are service in nature they want to encourage drop-offs that will use either the internet or brick-and-mortar drop-ins.
Why don’t they be honest and say something like “wait, you are ours now and if you have no choice, tough luck!”
Honesty would be far better. I do not know how much I really appreciate the entities that tell you that they are backed up and take your number and call you back. At least you are not tethered to the phone and their inane music choices.
I love looking at and I conceive this website got some truly utilitarian stuff on it! .
