Mitochondrial DNA

Interesting fact about Mitochondrial DNA: it is inherited from the mother.  It is not as accurate as nuclear DNA but can tie to families by siblings and mother lines.  Now the strange thought I had though: if we are all descendent from Adam and Eve wouldn’t we all have the same Mitochondrial DNA?  Hmmm!  I am sure some scientist/Christian will have a solution but not one that covers the variety out there.
