One of the things I like about the new generation is that for the most part they accept people better than our generation did. They accepts people of different races, religions, creeds, sexual preferences, any damned thing one whole lot better than we did. This current generation seems to roll with the punches a whole lot better than ours did.
Now I am not saying it is all perfect. There are plenty of assholes in the current group of people as there are in our generation. Some of them are even bigger assholes than I would like to imagine. That is not the point. The non-cretins are so much more accepting than we were. That is what I mean.
The only thing our generation can take credit for is that we overcame our teaching and grew and taught our kids right.
