Let us look at some History:
- John Wilkes Booth– a Conservative, slave-supporting loser who killed a Liberal President to try to promote his “lost cause”.
- Charles Julius Guiteau – a disgruntled office seeker who shot and killed James Garfield.
- Leon Frank Czolgosz – an anarchist who assassinated William McKinley.
- Lee Harvey Oswald – a right-wing sympathizer who assassinated John F. Kennedy.
Now to recent, non-Presidential issues:
- Timothy James McVeigh, Terry Lynn Nichols, and others – Timmy, with the support of other killed innocent people to bring forth their Right-wing POV.
- Oath-Keeper, QAnon, Three Percenters, Proud Boys, etc. – these people stormed the United States Capital, at the instigation of DONALD J. TRUMP for the express purpose to interfere with lawful Congressional duties, a treasonous act in itself. Several of these Right-wing pseudo-patriots were even calling for the assassinations of specific members of Congress.
What do they all have in common?
With the possible exception of Guiteau, all of them were right-wing radicals willing to KILL in order to perpetuate the ideology and agenda.
With the exception of those who assaulted the United States Congress (and their radical instigator) they have all been executed or are, in the case of Terry Nichols, spending Life in Prison without Possibility of Parole.
I guess being President does matter, even if you are an anarchistic.
