As I write this it is 10/23/20 and it is just about one and a half weeks from now before the 2020 election. Realistically, because of the mail-in voting that is so new in so many states, it is probably a full two weeks before we will know the actual results of the election.
Anyone who reads my posts know my opinion on the current presidential office holder and I will not go into it anymore.
However, I do have a hope for this election. I hope that:
- Little Boots loses – badly.
- He and his minions leave office without trying to fight it, thus avoiding a crisis that is unnecessary.
- That his supporters also do not use this as an excuse to continue his and their negative actions with violence.
- That when the office is turned over we never hear from this fool again.
- That the Presidency returns to a place where the majority of information coming from the White House is about policy, actions, and procedures instead of publicity about the President. It would be nice to see some decorum that has always been there before return.
All of this is predicated on who wins, how bad Little Boots’ insanity has grown, and how badly his followers are willing to go. It does not change my hope.
